Portfolio Page Not Loading Correctly

Hello Again Themeco Team,
I mentioned this on somebody else’s related thread yesterday & was told to start my own.
@ruenel told me to clear my cache and mentioned it was something to do with WP Rocket.
I disabled WP Rocket & cleared my cache - The problem remained exactly the same (I’ve now re-enabled WP Rocket as that was not the issue)

The issue: On Firefox my portfolio page does not load correctly - This started with the last WP update. It loads maybe one out of every 3 attempts - the other 2 it just jams on the pre-loader.

It worked perfectly well prior to the last WP update with all the same plugins I have now.

Please don’t send me a screen-shot of my page working correctly. As I explained, the problem is very consistently intermittent. Re-load the page 3 times and it will only work correctly once - On Firefox

Useful advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried to replicate the issue you are having with the given URL in Firefox browser, but it loads perfectly every time, even after refreshing multiple times. By seeing this, it seems maybe the browser version can be a reason behind your issue, can you please specify your device and browser version, it will help us to replicate the issue at our end.

Sure - Firefox Version 84 on a new-ish MacBook Pro.

I’ve noticed a few people have mentioned this issue in the Forum now, so it looks like it’s not just me.

Hey Dave,

I did experience what you described but it worked 90+% of the time. See the video in the secure note.

I’ll post this in our issue tracker so it will be queued for further investigation by our development team.

There’s, regretfully, no workaround for now.
