Portfolio page does not load on mobile

The images on my portfolio page do not load on mobile. They appear on desktop, but not on phone screens. What could cause this?

Also, is there an easy way to rename the /portfolio/ directory? I will send login info in secure note

I have checked the given URL in my Andriod device and found the issue you described. It might be due to the JavaScript error on the PWA script used in your site. I went ahead to check through the WordPress admin dashboard but unfortunately, the provided user doesn’t have the Administrative privileges.

Before you provide the Administrative user details, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

Thank you for the info. It appears the problem was caused by the child theme. I deleted and reinstalled that and it seems to be ok now. Now, how do I rename the portfolio/ directory? It is hard coded in the theme?

Hi Mark,

Glad that you are able to find the reason behind your issue. Regarding renaming the Portfolio is not possible as it has been already added as a Port Type inside the theme.

I have reset the admin credentials as a secure note. Unfortunately upon further investigation the portfolio still fails to load unless the page is refreshed, I removed child theme and deactivated all plugins, removed custom css, and the problem still persists (your advice regarding installing a theme is odd since PORTFOLIO is native to XTHEME).

I only see these errors in the console, so as usual I assume it is another issue with Cornerstone

Hey Mark,

I check your website on an actual mobile device and the portfolio page is just loading fine on my end. I suspect that this is just a cache on your end. I suggest that you clear any 3rd party cache associated with your website and clear your mobile browser cache.

It isn’t a browser cache issue, I suspect it’s another issue related to my server cache. I had the problem on different browsers and incognito mode, the page appears intermittently. Thanks for looking into it. Do the ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE errors mean anything, as those .map script don’t exist?
