Portfolio Missing AGAIN

HI I am updating my note below which hopefully i have now solved but want to keep it logged as I am sure others will run into this and may not discover how I corrected it. I saw several times that responses to this same problem said “update Cornerstone”. looking through my plugins for updates, which are usually denoted with an icon to update… I discovered that in the text links under Cornerstone, it just read 'updated required"… there was no flag or icon helping to make me aware of the update. So, i did and it seems to have fixed the issue of the dissapearing portfolio. Hope that helps!

Hi, i discovered that my portfolio was missing the other day. Not too fun. I restored a backup and everything was fine. Today i discovered it is missing again. I have 133 items that i have spent years creating. I have cleared my caches. I dont know what to do and have not found any helpful answeres in the forum. Please help.

Can you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 6.5.6
• Cornerstone 3.5.5

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

Please keep in mind that since you have installed a caching plugin W3 Total Cache, please clear your plugin cache and regenerate the minified JS/CSS files before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately.
