Portfolio Items not Showing Pt2

Hi Tristup,

Further to my last post I tried the troubleshooting solutions that were relevant, none worked.

I’ve just noticed that the posts that aren’t showing have the CS code within the main WP editor? Those that are showing, have the Edit with Pro button.

I’ll attach credentials below.

Hi Steve,

As per the given screenshot, it seems that the Portfolio item has been added or modified using the Content Builder and that is why the content is wrapped with the CS shortcodes. I have tried to check by logging into your site, but unfortunately, the given credentials didn’t workes. Can you please specify the exact UserName and the Password for your site.

Thanks

Thanks Tristup,

Try these…

Hi Steve,

Thanks for sharing the credentials, it works this time.
I have checked most of the Portfolio items and seen that working even that have the CS shortcodes within the content. Please find two of them I checked.

The following post is not showing the content, where I found the Broken content, it might be broken during changing the image.

I would suggest you copy the content from the above post and create it from scratch.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Hi Tristup.

It’s the latest 16 posts that now have the code in the WP editor and we can’t use the Pro Editor on. It wasn’t one image change? They all don’t show on their individual pages?

Hi Steve,

It has been found that all the Portfolio is having the CS shortcode but as mentioned in my previous post. The most common reason behind this issue might be the existing Block content has been edited in the Content builder.
Regretfully, the content added through the Cornerstone editor is not editable in the Block or Gutenberg editor, and vice-versa. That’s why the edited content is not showing in the Cornerstone.

If you don’t have any backup, unfortunately, you need to create it from scratch. If it is not possible to create it from scratch and you have the backup, I would suggest you restore your backup into the stagging site, and export the portfolio from it, and import it to your live site, which may help you to recover it.

Thanks
