Portfolio item - resizing featured image post page

I am currently using the portfolio section to manage therapist profiles.

Can you help me reduce the image size for the post pages? Their heads are way to big =)

125x175 is the size of the featured images being called here

You can add following CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS:

.entry-thumb img {
    min-width: auto;
    margin: 0 auto;
    display: block;
}

.entry-thumb {
    background-color: #fff;
}
