Hello! After working through some issues with this website’s hosting permissions we finally got the theme back working properly, however today we just noticed that ALL of our portfolio items were missing. After investigating, there is no Portfolio section in the dashboard at all. Can you help point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this?

Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue persists, please try reinstalling X as some files might have been corrupted but before doing so, please make sure to keep a backup of your site.

Thanks! Yes, we tried deactivating all plugins, but the portfolio section is still missing from the dashboard. The theme was also installed fresh just a couple of days ago.

I did check your site, It’s a compatibility issue. You updated the X theme to the latest version but not the Cornerstone.
I did go ahead and updated the Cornerstone and the Portfolio panel is visible now.
