Portfolio: Integrity

I am getting a 404 when trying to read: https://theme.co/docs/set-up-portfolios.
I am looking for a guide to set up my first portfolio in X Pro. Does that exist?

Thanks!

Marty

Hey Marty,

Thanks for reaching out!

You visited the invalid link to view how to set up the portfolio. Please check the correct link below.

Hope that helps.

Gotcha, thanks. What about the ‘Sort’ option found at https://demo.theme.co/integrity-business/portfolio/

Hey @MartinRayVaughan,

The Portfolio filter can be enabled/disabled in the Portfolio Settings.

Check out this documentation:

Best Regards.

Yes, I have portfolio filters enabled, but I’m talking about the “Sort Portfolio” you see at https://demo.theme.co/integrity-business/portfolio/.

Hello @MartinRayVaughan,

The sort filter button is part of the default header. If you have assigned a custom header to your portfolio page, you will not see the Sort Portfolio button even if you already enabled it in the Portfolio Settings. You may be interested in this thread instead:

Best Regards.

Which default header? For Integrity? I am using Pro… so may not be an option for me. The Landmark article was appreciated but probably too involved for me.

Hello @MartinRayVaughan,

Yes, the Sort Filter button is part of the Landmark header which is also part of the default header of the Integrity stack. Since you are using a custom header created in Cornerstone > header Builder, the landmark header with the sort filter button was replaced with the custom header. If the article is too much for you, maybe this video tutorial can help:

Best Regards.

Thanks @ruenel. One last question and we’ll shut this thread down. The Integrity portfolio site scatters the post so that they are not all lined up exactly (is that called Masonry??). At my Portfolio archive page, https://www.martinrayvaughan.com/portfolio/, everything is lined up horizontally. How do I scatter the posts for that look on the Integrity portfolio?
Thanks again!
M.

Hi Martin,

The Masonry is a layout method where one axis uses a typical strict grid layout, most often columns, and the other a masonry layout. On the masonry axis, rather than sticking to a strict grid with gaps being left after shorter items, the items in the following row rise up to completely fill the gaps.
But when you are adding the same size images and content, it will not work as the masonry layout. You need to provide different sizes for that.

I have visited your Portfolio page and found it has been already in Masonry layout, but using the same size of images and content. I would suggest adding the images in different sizes in the Portfolio items and checking if that works for you.

Hope it helps.
Thanks
