Portfolio filtering not working

Hi, I would greatly appreciate some help regarding my Portfolio page which is not displaying the images correctly when a filter is selected. The issue is that each time a filter is selected the images stack one on top of the other, so you can only see the top image in that group.

This previously worked fine and I have made no changes except standard upgrades of WP, Xtheme and plugins.
