Portfolio filter don't show

I’m sure the answer will be quick, but I can’t have the portolio layout to be working, the filters don’t show, event after selecting Portfolio-Layout.

Thanks for reaching out.
What you are facing is an ongoing issue that has already been fixed in the upcoming release. As a temporary solution, you can add this line of code under Theme Options > JS.

if (window.jQuery.xIsotope) window.jQuery.xIsotope.settings.animationEngine = 'css';

That will prevent jQuery errors and restore masonry functionality.

In that case, I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Michaël,

I have checked your website and found that it is working when logging in. That means the cache is the reason behind your problem. I have purged the WP Rocket cache, and now it is working fine. Please check it once by clearing all types of cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

I’m confused because I still can’t view the filters. Cleard all caches, private browser mode don’t change anything.

I am sorry that I have confused by seeing the problem with the Isotope structure colliding while the page is loading which is an ongoing issue. And the solution is given for that only. The problem you mentioned, is due to the customized header, the filter is only available with the Default header. I would suggest you remove the Portfolio page from the Header condition to get the Default header and filter option in it.

oh ok, so the filters are unusable… if I unselect that page on my header setting, the menu won’t be the same as the rest of the site. So this option is not really an option.

I would suggest you do something about it, or at least please update your documentation (maybe I didn’t saw it?), because it’s frutrating to spend time on something that cannot work,
