Portfolio: "Featured Image" does not display on 1 of 3 nearly identical portfolio items

Hello Themeco!

This issue holds true for both the X Theme and Pro Theme.

I have one particular portfolio item that the featured image does not display. In fact, the div .entry-featured is completely empty comparing to the other portfolio items.

I have troubleshooted the following items:

• Recreate the entire page from scratch

• Recreate the image from scratch

• Save the image in different file formats

• Switch from x theme to pro theme

• Verified the page settings are identical between displayed featured image and missing featured image

• Verified with my host there appears to be nothing wrong on their end

Hi Ben,

Since this is a gallery media type of portfolio, please make sure that you upload the image within the portfolio post. Simply selecting an existing image from the media gallery will not work. An image for it to be added on the gallery should be attached to the post. That means you need to upload that image withing the post.
