Portfolio display text uneven

[richardrabil]

Hi,

I would like to make all the portfolio items only display a certain character count, or just make them line up at the bottom. Each individual portfolio item will have more or less text but I would like the display item to show the same length.

See how the bottom does not line up.

Here is the page I’m working with. https://www.j2hpartners.com/projects/

Thanks so much!

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Your portfolio page is uneven because of the different height of the portfolio items on the page. To resolve this, please add the following CSS code in the X > Launch > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r) or in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit GLOBAL CSS

.page-id-183 .vc_custom_heading.vc_gitem-post-data.vc_gitem-post-data-source-post_title h4 {
    min-height: 76px;
}

And lastly, you have to make sure that your content excerpt has the same number of words. It would be preferable if you will just use a manual excerpt so that you can estimate the length of the excerpts. To know more about manual excerpts, please check this codex: https://codex.wordpress.org/Excerpt

Hope this helps.
