Portfolio Categories not showing on Portfolio page

We seem to be having an issue with categories showing when posting in the Portfolio page. Although I have added certain categories, they do not appear in the drop down ‘Sort’ tab and are no where to be seen. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Categories are:

Cases
ENS
Slider 2
Non Professional

Testimonial

And only the following appear on the Sort tab:

Hi there,

Please kindly make sure that you have set the Portfolio Page Template on the page you listed them:

And make sure that you go to X > Launch > Options > Portfolio and make sure that the filtering options/ are set correctly.

And at last, make sure that the Settings > Reading > Posts per Page option is set to a number more than 4.
