I previously added some css to the portfolio page but now the transition is incomplete onload unless I toggle the categories

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens when lazy loading is enabled. I checked your site and I see Jetpack’s lazy loading feature is activated. Please Navigate to Jetpack > Settings > Performance then scroll to the Performance and Speed section and deactivate the Lazy loading for images option.
Don’t forget to clear all caches after making changes. Let us know how this goes!
