POpups showing UNDER other content on page

Hi, on this page, i’ve used popups to show company information with each of my client’s partners: https://cew.org.au/partnerships/
The popup information is now showing beneath the other content on the page
It has always shown above the other page content in the past.
Can you please let me know how to force the popup window to display over the rest of the content?

Thanks for writing in!

To resolve your issue, simply update your Cornerstone plugin to 3.0.4 because at the moment you are still using 2.0.6.

when I update cornerstone, I am not able to use it - see loom recording here.

I get an error message that asks if i want to leave site? changes i have made may not be saved, then when i click yes, the page reverts to empty

I have adjusted the z-index value for each image row in a decreasing order, now its working fine.

Please have a look to your staging site. You can do same for your live site.

I still have the problem with cornerstone on this staging site - i am still unable to use cornerstone on a new page -> I tried adding a new page and using Cornerstone. It seems working:

The issue regarding popups is because of layered content. Please see this: https://philipwalton.com/articles/what-no-one-told-you-about-z-index/. To fixed this, we need to add z-index on ROWS. Top rows should have higher z-index value than succeeding ROWS. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFhjfpbt3a. Inspect each ROW inside the same Section then on Setup Tab > Z-index add the value.. The first ROW must have higher values than succeeding ROW.

This does not help. I solved the popup issue with the assistance of another support person. I advised this is my previous response.

I sent through the url and access details in secure notes, for the live site I am still having problems with - not the staging site. When i copy staging to live with this theme, the cornerstone code is visible throughout the hundreds of pages ont he site - a nightmare!

My problem still remains: now that i have updated CS, I cannot use cornerstone on a new page now that I have updated the plugin.
Please go back to the secure note and test on the live site and tell me what is wrong with this plugin. It will not allow me to access cornerstone on a new page at all - the page reverts to empty new iteration each time i click to use cornerstone - please see previous loom screencast of the issue

Hey @lovecoms,

I see the issue. After entering the page title, you will need to save the page as draft or publish it and then you can switch to Cornerstone without being redirected to create a new page. See https://youtu.be/o6mBHeQsevU

I’ve created a test draft page in your live site and Cornerstone works.
