I am working on a website and it’s owner want a Login/Register button in order to create a popup screen to login. Please have a look on the screenshot. I wonder if this is possible to create this 2 columns popup? Thank you

Regretfully, that is not possible without custom development which is outside the scope of our theme support.
It would be best to find a plugin that will allow you to achieve that out of the box.
