A popover is possible on feature box content area. We can use it’s shortcode on the content area: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/popovers-and-tooltip/. Using on title or icon is possible with customization that outside the scope of our support. Thank you for understanding.

Can I also clarify if the text in the tooltip/popover is seen by google for SEO purposes?
