Pop Ups on website

Hi There,

I have launched my new site recently (creation360ltd.com) and have been getting feedback that the site itself when clicked on leads to a number of pop ups. This does not happen all the time and mainly happens from PCs.

I have been in touch with the people who host our website and they seem to think it a a small piece of javascript somewhere that triggers randomly to give out the pop ups maybe due to a plugin

have you installed some plugins or added some scripts recently as that may be the root cause of popups that showing on the website? Please share website credentials (url/username/password) in a secure note for us to take a closer look.

I do not think there is a way to replicate the issue. We have had complaints on the site particularly from android phone and pc users that when some tabs are clicked on at random, pop ups appear and steer you away from the site. There may be a bit of javascript code in there that triggers it off?

I can see there is no issue on your site and I can’t even replicate the issue in any browser or device.
As per your query, I can understand that you are facing an unwanted ad popup issue, which is particularly to your PC or other PC which has the extension installed in the browser.

If you browse the site in a different PC you won’t be getting the issue. Please check this article for further clarification.
