After experimenting with ConverPlus, I don’t seem to see the pop-up window anymore when testing it again. I may have done something that is blocking it. Thanks in advance

Your popup might have been configured to show only once so if you’re not testing in incognito mode of the browser, it is normal that you won’t see the popup.
If you’re using the Incognito or Private Mode of the browser and you don’t see the popup, there could be something interrupting or breaking the popup’s function. There are numerous factors that you need to check and those are listed below along with a possible solution so be sure to visit all the links.

- Css/Js Customization
- Disabling Cache
- Version Compatibility

Thanks for the help @christian. I tried the 1st and 2nd option but it’s still not showing. I’ve saved my credentials in my previous message.

Are you referring to this modal pop?
It will show for logged in users and first-time users. If you have filled up the form and submitted, it will no longer display the next time you visit the site.
