I had a pop-up window inserted that opens up after 20 seconds for mobile view, see appendix. How can I remove that again. Where can I find the code in my themes to delete it. Unfortunately I’m a beginner.

Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that the popup is coming from any external plugin or from the Child theme. I would suggest you deactivate the plugins one by one then check it. You should also check the child theme as well for that you need to deactivate the child theme and then activate the parent theme then check it.
