Pop Up Modal is popping up for a second before the rest of the page loads

On our website - https://saltechsystems.com/ - we are using the pop-up modal element on a lot of our pages to display a contact form when the button is clicked.

We’re having a problem where the modal loads and shows up for a quick second whenever a new page is opened. - You can see it in this screen recording - https://saltechsystems.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Recording-35.mp4

How can we fix this? We have tried disabling the page caching, and setting ajax to “false” on the gravity form shortcode.

Hey @SaltechSystems,

Try enabling the Dynamic Rendering option so that the content of the modal will only get loaded after clicking the toggle.

If that doesn’t help, please temporarily disable the IP restriction on your site as we need to use VPN to access it. The continued use of VPN is not included in our theme support.

Please then give us the following information in a Secure Note

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin Username and Password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

So checking that box removed the content of the box from loading, but the box still loads on each page.

I purge all the cache after that checked the form It is working fine at my end. Please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

This is in incognito mode of Firefox.

I am another staff checking your site. Regretfully I cannot replicate the issue on my browser. Kindly check out the video in the secure note so that you can see what I am seeing.

This could just be a caching issue. Kindly temporarily disable WP Rocket or use private browsing mode and test your site again.
