Pop-up Builder not working with Cornerstone

I’m having an issue where any new pop-ups are not triggering when clicked on.

The button under Kate has a shortcode like the rest but is not generating the pop-up. Is this an issue with cornerstone or the Pop-up builder plugin?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the given URL and it seems that the Classic Button under Kate is missing. I added the Button by duplicating it from other Team Members and it worked, it might be the issue with the specific modal created for Kate. I would suggest you check the shortcode, and if that does not help please contact the plugin author on this.

Hi there,

I went ahead and reached out to their support. Not sure why the others are working and not the new one. I just updated cornerstone so it appears it’s an issue with the plug-in. Thank you!
