PNG file not transparent

Hi there,

i need help again.

I have a transparent image on the side. After the update it is no longer transparent. It is shown with a white background.

Hey @webworker,

That’s odd as our theme does not have any functionality that could modify images.

It could be a 3rd party plugin that changed the PNG file. Please first verify if our theme really is the cause of the issue. You can do that by performing the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Child Theme
  4. Css/Js Customization
  5. Version Compatibility

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • URL of the affected page
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
