Plugins updated no cornerstone

hello

i updated my plugins and now cornerstone is not on the backend anymore. i tried uploading again but it’s saying installation failed.

Thanks for writing in!

Did you happen to delete Cornerstone? To re install it, please go to X > Validation and wait for a couple of moment while the Cornerstone plugin is being installed automatically. If nothing is working, please provide us an updated access to your site so that we can investigate this issue further.

Hi Justin,

The previous installation failed which the folder remains there, anything installation will unless you’ll remove that folder. Please delete the folder /cornerstone/ under /wp-content/plugins/ folder through your FTP, or perhaps with your hosting’s file manager.

Once deleted, you can visit Admin > X again and let is install the cornerstone, it should be automatic on your current version.
