Plugin's Custom Post Type Dynamic Content Not Working With Template

Hello

I am using a plugin that has created a custom post type with metadata.

When I’m in the template, the elements for dynamic date can see the meta data (can see it in the preview of the element) but when i add it to the template, it doesn’t render/show.

I have no idea what could be the issue.

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • Exact page URL

Hey Jack,

The given user credentials are not working for us. The username or password seems incorrect.
Please double-check.
