Plugins cant take emails

Hi, my plugins cf7 and ep form builder apparentky cant send emails back to me.

I assume its a hosting problem because im using php 7.3 and mail() function is not there.

can you check it for me?

ep form builder doesnt send the email back, ive set the smtp instead of php mail.
Is my hosting blocking javascript execution?

The form work if i put the shortcode in new page but not in cornerstone’s text element.

Ive placed the shortcode in classic raw content, text works too. But it doesnt take emails

The form will works in your new page.

I created another test page and this time I used Content Area element. When I tested the form, it is saving the emails.

Can i reset or remove all order id and statistics?

Yes, you can Delete all the all the orders and its statistics.
Just select and click on the Delete button below to the list.

I mean ive been testing the form so several orders has been made. Now the reference number starts at A00011 because of past orders.

Can I reset it to A00000?

Hello Sathis,

Each of the orders were saved in the database. Even if you already have deleted it, it still resides in the database which is why the ID number continues. You can only reset it to A00000 if you have access to your database and completely delete all the orders.

Hope this explain it briefly.

I cant reset the ref column, it keeps following the id. Changing auto increment doesnt work
