PLugin won't update and where is license key

Ugh. I “premium” plugin with a forum instead of support tickets

1. My plugins won’t update.
2. My site is connected and shows in dashboard in my Pro Unlimited.
3. The site, even though it shows in the “pro unlimited” apparently isn’t validated.
4. Where is my license key? Apparently this is so top secret you don’t provide it on your website.
5. Overall frustrating experience just to get your theme to validate.

Thanks for writing to us.

In order to update the bundled plugin you need to go to the WordPress dashboard —>plugin —>Click on the update button.

To get the Pro theme unlimited license key I would suggest you go to your Themeco account dashboard —> Click on the Pro Unlimned —> click on the Add new site—>copy the license key. Please check your screenshot in the secure note.

I checked your video it seems that your theme is already validated so you don’t need to validate it.
