Plugin, Variation Swatches For WooCommerce

I’m using the plugin: Variation Swatches For WooCommerce by https://getwooplugins.com/plugins/woocommerce-variation-swatches/. I want the swatches to appear on the Archive page that I’ve built in PRO but they won’t, I’ve contacted the plugin developer who said that the theme (PRO) is blocking the display of the swatches. Is there a fix for this?

Hello @Chrisyang999,

Thanks for writing in!

You may need to use the “Add to Cart Form” element in your Archive page.

Best Regards.

I’ve tried that but it still doesn’t show up. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Chrisyang999,

Can you please check the default shop page of WooCommerce is showing the swatch or not. I would also request you activate any default theme and check if that works too. If the issue only occurs on Pro, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Please note that we do not guarantee a fix or compatibility for 3rd Party plugins.

Thanks

Hello @Chrisyang999,

I have logged in and checked your layout. This is what I am seeing:

Could you please send us a URL of the product that has some swatches in it where you have encountered an issue?

Best Regards.

It should be showing up on the Archive pages: https://2024.pmccorporate.com/product-category/wireless-devices/

I’ve added the Add to Cart button to the layout. According to the plugin author it should show up, but it’s not.

This is what shows up when I use the default WC layout

Hey @Chrisyang999,

You may need to define the element classes in the plugin settings:

Since this is a 3rd party plugin, please contact the creators of the plugin. They should be able to point out what is missing in your plugin settings.

Thank you for your understanding.
