Plugin Shortcode not working on my site

Hi Support;

I am using x theme version 5.2.3 I am having problem on creating gallery with Envira Class ‘Envira_Gallery_Shortcode’ not found then I tried soliloquy plugin I also got same error Class ‘Soliloquy_Shortcode’ not found. I check the plugin and class is declared on shortcode.php for envira. I need your help on this need to finish the custom product page as client is planning to launch site once all contents are added. I rename the two plugin folders just to access the wp dashboard again.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi There,

Please remove those plugins via FTP from wp-content/plugins and re-install them from wp admin > X

Let us know how it goes.

ok will delete and reinstall the plugins

hi still got error on Soliloquy_Shortcode’ not found after deleting the plugin
