Plugin incompatibility

Hello,

There is some sort of incompatibility with the FlexTable plugin by WPPOOL. Every time there is either a theme update or a plugin update, settings related to the plugin stop working. I then have to contact the plugin’s support team to provide me a customized version of the plugin that is compatible with the Pro theme. Their support team mentioned that the root cause is the theme is blocking certain JavaScript functionalities, preventing the plugin from working correctly. I am getting very tired of having to contact them and wait for customized files every time either you or them release an update. Is there any possibility you can fully support this plugin so we can resolve this issue for good? Please let me know if you need any more details.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re running into this issue. Unfortunately, since it originates from a third-party plugin , it’s outside of our direct control. We recommend reaching out to the plugin author again and requesting that the customized files be included directly within the plugin—this could also be conditionally loaded when the Pro version is activated.
