Hey,
the plugin “Sassy Social Share” doesn’t work on Pages where the Pro Header is active, i have test it multiple times on diffenrent pages.
Can you please help me to fix it

sorry but i don’t have so much time to search for every problem a new Plguin if something corrupt if i use some Themeco Features 
I don’t want to get some 3rd party plugin support, only some THEMCO support.
If the normal header it works flawless and the pro Builder not, i want to say ther’s a conflict with the Pro Header like some other problems

Hi There,
By saying Pages where the Pro Header is active do you mean a custom header that is built in the Header Builder? It works on my end though, maybe it is a conflict with another plugin. Please do a plugin conflict test. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins (except Sassy Social Share), and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

It’s really a conflict between two plugins and your theme, but no one really told me what to to.
Sassy Social Share and Recent Post Widget Extended

Both developer told me they don’t find any problem to use both plugin at the same time, but if your Theme is active with the custom header here must be a conflict.
I did a plugin test and only if both active with this custom header the social buttons from sassy social share don’t show.
At this point i use another “recent post” plugin but it would be nice to find the conflict solution.

Now i have the same problem with the other “recent post” plugin.
After another test i want to say the both Plugin and the custom header of x-Pro got some strange conflicts.
If i use a standard wordpess theme and these plugins all is fine:

Thank you for providing the login information. Please kindly consider that our support is not including the 3rd party plugins conflict as there are many plugins out there and also we can not delve into other developers code to find a conflict between a 3rd party plugin and our theme.
But we will try our best to give you what we have found to be able to report to the development team of those plugins.
Would you please kindly create 3 pages for us with the cases below:
- Using the Sassy Plugin
- Using the Recent Posts plugin
- Using both
Add it to a page that you used the Header Builder built header there. We will check the case and try to share our findings with you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any kind of fix for such a conflict.

I have delimit the error.
First of all, it’s only on the homepage, I’ve create a duplicate of the frontpage, if i call the second one like with domain.com/duplicate it works flaweless. If i set the /duplicate as my homepage, same problem.
The Sassy Plugin won’t work on the homepage if Themeco is active and the Recent Post Excerpt, It doesn’t matter which one of both Recent Post Plugins. Only if i active the excerpt and themeco theme

seems like a strange conflict of this sassy share plugin…i can’t explain it…
I know i got so much plugins, but i allready need them, if themeco don’t have this kind of Features i need to have

Please keep in mind that we do not interfer with any other plugin. We simply follow the WordPress standards for smooth integration and works with all standard plugins. I have installed the plugin in my local testing server. It seems that this issue is related to your settings. In the plugin settings, there is an option to display or not to display Sassy Social share in the selected page.
In the setting above, please play around the placement and the position. If you allow it to be displayed in the excerpts or not. I am guessing that this is just a matter of right settings for the plugin. It is best that you also seek advice to the creators of this plugin so that they can also investigate.
