Plugin ( Cool Timeline) crashed Cornerstone

Hello,
I have a small problem with one of the plugins. The designer of the plugin cannot help me right away. The problem is, when I insert a short code the cornerstone is competely damaged/empty. As soon as I remove the shortcode it again ok. PHP is actual version. Are you aware about this problem? Or does it lay on the plugin designer side?

If the shortcode will not return a processed value, and it’s echoed instead then that might happen. If that’s what happened then it’s the shortcode issue that needs to be corrected. Though, I can’t provide further information as I’m not sure how the shortcode really works. I recommend contacting them about this. All shortcodes and enqueue should follow Wordpress standard, and that should make it work in cornerstone.
