When updating to the latest version of Pro, it caused my pages in the Pro builder to be all out of wack. I’ve narrowed it down to the Smart Slider plugin. What do I need to do to resolve this issue since I have alot of stuff made using that plugin on my site. Plugin works fine on the frontend but causes alot of problems in the Pro builder.

You could try disabling it first while developing your page then re enable it again after developing your pages or headers.
We would like to help you with the conflict however it is beyond the scope of our support because it is not one of the bundled plugin of X theme or Pro.

I’ve contacted the plugin support people and they said their files are not being called in by the Pro Theme. They asked if I could provide the Theme’s installer zip file to create a Smart Slider element. Should I allow this option? Or could I reinstall the update before this last one and have it back to normal? This only happened after the latest Pro update.

We do not have any support for Smart Slider. There maybe some conflicts which is why it is not displaying properly which you are in the editor. It would be nice for the creators of the plugin if they can test their plugin with the theme so that they maybe able to create an element for the editor or at least let their plugin work flawlessly with the theme.
For now, if you are editing a page, you can temporarily disable the plugin.
