Plugin Conflict - Gravity View Pagination and Search

I’m having an issue where pagination and search options are being hidden in Gravity View when I change my page template away from the default template. The search and pagination options are displaying properly at https://ghea.org/listing-temp/ which is using the default template. When I switch to Blank - No Container | Header, Footer the search and pagination are hidden. See this page: https://ghea.org/connect-with-others/programs-and-academies/ There are 3 pages of listings here that users can’t see since the options are not being displayed.

I’ve reached out to Gravity View support and after their investigation they’re stating it’s a conflict with the theme. I’d love any help I could get.

Thanks!

Hello Jay,

Whether you use the default page template or the Blank - No Container on the Programs and Academies, https://ghea.org/connect-with-others/programs-and-academies/, page, the search and pagination options are not displaying as I have tested it on your site.

On the other, I did the same to the listing temp, https://ghea.org/listing-temp/, page, and still, the search and pagination options are still present. Be advised that the theme or Cornerstone do not alter or modify this plugin.

if you edit the page, the search and pagination is showing in the builder preview.

When you view the live view of the page, there is a JS error:

This could mean the search and pagination were generated by javascript which has been affected by the JS error. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here about Testing for Plugin Conflict and follow the instructions.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
