For the meantime, please check for the following first:
Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.
Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.
Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

You can have automatic excerpt and manually added excerpt. With automatic excerpt, Wordpress will try to generate plain text from existing content while removing all possible codes, html, and shortcodes. And since that page is made from the builder then it’s more on codes, and the contents are wrapped within shortcodes. Resulting to an empty excerpt, in that case, you should utilize the manual excerpt.
The I also checked your builder as shown in the screenshot, and it loads fine without issues. What browser you’re testing it with? Could you try it on another device with different internet provider? Just to make sure it’s not due to internet connectivity. Are you on shared hosting? That could be the reason and it could be random depending on its current traffic and server load.

i work on a macbook pro, with chrome. That has been working out fine till this weekend.
just now i tried it out on a PC also with chrome and i dont see to be having those content problems.
i emtied the caches on my macbook and the above screenshot doesnt appear anymore, but the problem remains on the mac that i do get the sections on the leftside, but i do not get the rows and colums on the rightside, so there is no way i can edit my content on my macbook as far as i can see.

Please try other browsers in your Mac and also try in incognito mode. If you have browser extensions in Chrome, please deactivate them temporarily while you’re testing.
