Hi,
I have a question, I am not sure how is this related but every time I try to update my plugin “revolution slider” it leads my site to 502s , not sure if it is a theme compatibility issue. Can you please give it a double check?
Thank you.

Hi There,
When I try to login to your Wp Admin Dashboard I am getting a blank screen. This usually means PHP conflict.
Revolution slider is 100% compatible with X.
Please provide your FTP credentials so we can take a closer look.
Thank you.
Hi,
Once you login, please copy paste the URL (in secure note) in a new tab of your browser and you will be in and will see the dashboard that has been set that way purposely.
Thank you.

Hi,
Credentials are in secure note.
Hi there,
How do we view your site’s error log? It’s 502 which means a bad gateway and it’s not something can be logged. But the error page it should be viewable. Have you tried contacting your hosting provider to get more information?
Plus, even if the slider is inactive, the login page remains blank after logging in. Could be something on your site and maybe security related. Will be more helpful if your host could provide more details of the error.
Thanks!
Hi,
I contacted my hosting provider. It is definitively the revolution slider that is causing issues (502s) look for error [Tue Dec 19 17:25:54.452150 2017] and [Tue Dec 19 17:25:54.452934 2017]. This is not related security related. Right now the plugin has been deactivated from the site because it is now giving 502s even if it is active.
Please assist as this is a high priority right now.
Thank you,
Hi There,
That means the Revolution Slider table is either corrupted or was not updated simultaneously with the new Revolution Slider version. Please deactivate and delete your current Revolution Slider Plugin then clear all your caching plugins and features. Then navigate to X > Overview > Extensions and reinstall the Revolution Slider.
If reinstalling did not resolve the issue, please follow this solution provided here.
Hope it helps,
Cheers!
