Plot point on graph chart

When using Cornerstone Charts, is it possible to plot a point on an X/Y axis (the data points for x-axis and y-axis will be presented as url parameters) to get a result like the following:

And if not, might someone know perhaps another way of doing it? (other than making an image for all 81 possible results and using conditions to only show one?)

Thanks for writing in! At the moment, we do not have a Graph Chart. We only have Line, Bar, Pie, Radar, Doughnut, and Polar charts. We also have these video tutorials in the meantime. New videos will be added in the future.
