Please see the following images for the issue. Thanks

Hi. I am trying to create any action when a user clicks the “save address” button.

At the moment, their address is updated, but the form doesnt close or give any success message.

It basically just stays open.

How can we either include a “delivery address updated” message, and or/close the form upon submission.

I would love both, but either one is fine.

Please see attached.

Hey @gimmechefs,

I tested our themes, WooCommerce and our Woo Checkout Editor, and what you described doesn’t happen on my end. There could be other factors affecting the functionality of WooCoommerce on your end.

That said, we first need you do perform the following troubleshooting steps in order to tell if the cause of the issue is really in X/Pro and/or the Woo Checkout Editor extension.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling Cdn
  8. Version Compatibility

If one of the steps in the list fixes the issue, it’s not an issue with our theme nor the Woo Checkout Editor. If you find that a 3rd party plugin is causing the issue, we’ll be happy to investigate but we do no promise a fix. What we’ll do is report the case to our development team if our product is the cause of the problem.

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.

Hi @gimmechefs,

Given credentials are not working, can you please check and send it once again.

Thanks

Pls see private note.

Hello @gimmechefs,

I have checked your site and it seems that there are several custom PHP codes in your child theme’s functions.php file. Kindly remove each PHP function one at a time and test your WooCommerce my account page. You should know which function is causing it when you will be able to save the details on the page.

We would love to know if this has worked for you. Thank you.

Hi.

This conflict occurs only when checkout editor is activated.

I activated Pro (not pro child) so all functions in prochild folder shouldn’t be being used?

With Woo Check Plugin deactivated in Pro Theme, or Pro Child Theme, the success message is displayed.

With Woo Check plugin activated in Pro, or Pro Child theme, the message is not displayed.

Could you please log back in and go to /my-account/edit-address.

  • Deactivate woo check plugin, and change theme to Pro. Then try and edit your address.

It will be clear then.

Hey @gimmechefs,

We’re sorry for our previous comment about the child theme. Activating the parent would suffice.

This could be a result of the Geolocation setup. I suspect that the customer can’t change the address becaues of that. Would you mind temporarily deactivating Geolocation in WooCommerce.

If you can’t do that in your live site, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can freely investigate and without risk of breaking your site. Please then give us WP Admin access like you did your live site.

Thanks.
