Please make a separate PRO theme support forum!

I never used X theme, and having to wade through mostly irrelevant X theme stuff to find information JUST about PRO is very tedious.

I bought PRO. I didn’t need to convert or any of that.

But even most of the support information is for X theme, and very little for PRO.

At the very least, please make a separate support area for PRO-only licenses…

It’s soooooo tedious to find an answer and have it only apply to X or X pro.

By the way, please take note that Pro theme is the professional version of X theme. They share the same functionalities , features, theme options and settings. X theme is for beginners and intermediate users while Pro theme is mostly recommended to intermediate and advanced users especially those who are already familiar with X. Pro theme has the custom header and footer builder which is not available in X theme. All your possible queries regarding Pro theme might have been solved with any X related thread. Unless otherwise you are referring to the Pro specific functionalities such as the flex boxes in the custom header and footer.

Could you please clarify your issue related to Pro so that we can assist you in anyway and as soon as we can?

I’m aware of the distinctions, that’s why I use Pro. I wanted the custom header/footer functionality… which by the way is awesome.

I get that X Pro and Pro are the same now, but all of the support threads for X are mixed in with X Pro, so when trying to find information about just Pro, all the regular X threads are in the way. The search/sorting function is not perfect as they never are, so it is difficult to find threads just for Pro.

It would also be good if there were a way to not use a “stack” at all, or have greater flexibility.

Picking a stack for working on a header, getting that done, and then finding out that the stack has formatting for other areas that you don’t want is aggravating.

I’d rather have a clean slate than be forced into a specific stack.

Removing stack isn’t possible as it’s part of the core of both Pro and Header. And you don’t have to switch over and over, just choose a stack you think will be permanent, or at least better for your target implementation. And Pro header and footer shouldn’t be much affected by stack since each element could have its own styling outside the default CSS of the current stack.

And most of the functionality of X and Pro are the same, except custom header and footer, and the design cloud. A separate forum for just header and footer isn’t possible at this moment, but noted your request
