Please Help with Importing Demo

Sometimes the only screenshot does not help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.
Hope you will not mind sharing your website login credentials in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hey Eric,

Can you please make the given WP credentials with Super Admin privileges so that we can work on the themes and plugins on your site?

In the meantime, you can revert back to X 9.1.4 and Cornerstone 6.1.4 and then use that version to import the Lawyer site demo. The new version seems to have an issue with site demos.

Hello Eric,

In order to download the X theme 9.1.4, I would suggest you go to your Themeco account Dashboard —>Single License —>Your site—> Download 9.1.4.

I would also suggest you please delete the Cornerstone plugin and then activate the default WordPress theme, now you need to delete the X theme. After that, you need to install the X 9.1.4 version of the theme. After X theme installation, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.
