This weird thing is happening with me. Every time someone is subscribing to my email list through my opt-in form using convert plus wordpress is sending them a email with a password reset link for my website and if they type in a password it actually resets it. please help me its a serious problem :cold_sweat:

I wonder if you have this option activated in your form modal setup?

Also, could you please share a screenshot showing this email address you received?

We might need WordPress Login details to be send in a Secure Note so we can investigate this issue as well.

After a bit research i think its user registration link but i havent ticked the “Anyone can register” option still it sends this emails

I think it has stopped now. I think it has something to do with the subscriber role in convert plus before i kept it as subscriber and now i changed it to None and it stopped sending those emails. Thanks a lot for your concern :smile:
