We manage multiple sites, including two multisite networks. I am able to see the theme needs to be updated on single site installs only, and on multisites it does not say there is an update available. Per your instructions, I have had to download the current theme from my account and install it via upload every time. It gets a little frustrating having to do this every week or two when you release your updates. If you can’t figure out what is causing the problem, at least implement some sort of check for the outdated theme with a separate notification. By the way, I have other sites on networks using other themes, and I never have this problem. It’s clearly just an issue with XTheme. This problem has been reported since at least 2019 (going on 4 years now) and it’s still an issue. I think it’s about time to take care of it.
