Place an image behind a video

I would like to layer an image behind a video element on a simple website I’m building, so that the video embed would appear on the top right of the selected image.

Kind of like in photoshop when you just drag layers around, pretty simple.

How would I go about doing this? (thanks in advance)

If you want to add the image behind the video, I suggest that you add a column and in your column add the your video. Then to make the image behind a video, set the image as column background.
