All of my pictures are broken links in the browser chrome
Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! It appears that you are using Google Pagespeed to optimize your images. Please renegerate that cache version of your images. or better yet, temporarilly disable PageSpeed do display the images. When you enable it again and still the image is not showing, please check again your Page Speed settings.
I also noticed that you are using WPSOL cache, please clear the plugin cache and test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.
I am seeing no change after doing your steps. I have deactivated and reactivated with no change
This is not an issue with the theme but rather your optimization of your site. You’re using SSL but visiting the direct link of an image returns a 404.
They will load only in http.
If you’re using a plugin to optimize your site, please contact the plugin developer or contact a third party developer to fix this issue in your site.
Thanks.
I was able to retrieve the pictures, but now things like my header logo and the menus are all distorted in chrome only. I am having a problem with chrome and this template getting overwritten. I updated to the latest wordpress. Any syggestions?
Hello There,
Thanks for updating in! Could you please temporarily disable your PageSpeed optimization first? If you have installed other optimization plugin, please deactivate it at the moment? We want to figure out that the error is caused by the plugin or optimization and not by the theme.
Please let us know how it goes.
it appears to be back to normal now. I don’t see a pagespeed optimization in my plugins anywhere. I have no optimizations plugins activated. I may have to research what pagespeed is? I will keep you posted if it acts up again. But for now its back to normal!
Glad it’s working now.
Cheers!
Now it is not working again
Hi There,
Please turn off all third party plugins and provide your WP Admin credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look
Thank you!
Here you go
Hi there,
Your Pagespeed is hosting related, please try disabling it. Or you may provide your hosting login credentials as well and we’ll check it. Most of the missing images and files are pointing to the URL from Pagespeed.
Thanks!
I think I might be good now. There was a cache plugin that although the plugin was disabled it was still in the coding. Should be good now, thank you
Glad that you managed to fix the issue. Thanks.
