I cannot make changes to my site because of PHP version. Here is my site:

Here is the error message:
You cannot update because WordPress 5.2.1 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45.

Can you let me know if this is something you can help with?

Thanks for writing in! X theme and Cornerstone plugin is backward compatible to support older versions of PHP. However since you’re using other plugins and you need to update WordPress core, you will need to address such incompatibility issues such as PHP version limitations.

You can simply contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version for you. Some hosting providers allows you to switch between PHP versions through their web hosting control panel as well.
