We will always support the PHP and MySQL supported by WordPress, but we do not recommend using legacy versions as they can lead to poor performance and security vulnerabilities.
You can also check the Supported and Recommended version in our version compatibility page.

To update the PHP version at your server, I suggest you contact your Hosting Service Provider.
