PHP Fatal Error - But I don't think it's affecting anything

Hey guys! Don’t want to cause alarm, I don’t think this error actually affects anyone on the front end of the site (but not really sure). I am running Logz.io which I send PHP and JS Fatal Errors and Notices to automatically. I’ve never seen this fatal error first hand but it shows up in Logz.io daily. Wondering if you guys have any ideas what it could be?

I checked your given site URL it seems that you are not using X/Pro theme. I have also noticed that your given domain name is not enrolled with our license. I would suggest you enrol your domain name and use our X/Pro theme. If you find any difficulties please let us know.

I’m not sure what you mean, this is licensed for barmethod.com in my account
And it’s using Pro theme and Pro Child.

Hey @mattmintun,

The file in the error works when you open the Content Builder. And, if there’s a Fatal Error, the page will not work at all. Would you mind sharing what page is not working when you open it up in the builder?

Also, please kindly do the following tests and possible solutions applicable for your case.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  5. Permalinks

Only if none of that stops the error from being generated, please post the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • URL of the page that generates the error or is not working
  • Admin username and password
  • FTP credentials (ask this from your web host if you’re not familiar with this)

Okay cool, knowing that this error pops up when the content builder is launched is helpful. I’ll monitor more closely since I’ve never actually experienced the fatal error first hand. I just see it popping up in my logs repeatedly. I’ll test all these out and see if I can replicate! Thanks for pushing me in the right direction, we can close this out
