PHP Extensions - Imagick

Hi,

Wordpress Site Health tells me that I missed (or that I’va got it disabled) the Imagick PHP Module/extension. Do you know if this is something concerning Pro Theme or not, and how to fix this issue?
Thanks!

This is something you fix at the server level. If you have access to cPanel, just login and scroll down to “PHP options” once there it should open to a list of PHP extensions. Just click imagick and save and you are good to go.

This extension is actually used by Wordpress core so I would definitely fix it.

Hi, thank you so much for the reply!
I updated php version to 8.0, that doesn’t comprehend imagick extension. So downgrading to php 7.4 I took back imagick extension. According to you, is it better to keep imagick extension or to have php version 8.0?

Thanks again!
