PHP Error when updating to new version of Pro

Hello,

We’re running PHP 7.4.30 on our website.

We updated to the newest edition of WordPress, as well as the newest version of Pro on our website.

Tried rolling back to a previous version of Pro, but still getting an error.

Our site is down with a critical error, and this is what we’re receiving:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method ReflectionParameter::hasType() in /home/wtgn/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/Util/IocContainer.php on line 40

How can we remedy this?

Thanks,

Hi @JeredSlusher,

Thanks for reaching out.
The issue specified in your post mostly happens due to the PHP version. Can you please verify the PHP version installed in your server from the Tools > Site Health? If the PHP version is what you have already mentioned, I would suggest you please downgrade the PHP version from 7.4.3 to 7.4 and check if that resolves your issue for now.

Thanks

Thank you!

There was a discrepancy with what the hosting provider said we were running and what was actually running.

Updating the PHP worked.

Much appreciated.

Hi @JeredSlusher,

Thanks
