Hi Bruce,

The warning message you are getting has nothing to do with the theme or cornerstone. It is caused by the plugin Simple Contact Info Widget that is active on the site.

Normally, you can have the warning messages not show up by setting the WP_DEBUG to false.

If this doesn’t work, kindly get in touch with the plugin developer since this goes beyond the scope of our support.
