I’m trying to get a simple ‘message us’ form working on my site. Your Mail Forms doesn’t support that functionality. Other plugins are not sending messages. The GoDaddy has tested the PHP mail function and there are no server side issues. I just need a contact us form.

May I know which mail forms you’re referring? There could be no issue with PHP Mail, but maybe it’s due to configuration. And since you said other plugins aren’t sending too then it maybe Godaddy issue and they missed something. That’s because testing PHP Mail will really work since they bypassed the configuration and other stuff.

Hello, I’ve tried Contact Form 7 and WPForms. GoDaddy ran various checks and said, no issue at our end. I always get the form message saying your message has been submitted - no email though.

Please switch to Twenty Nineteen theme and test Contact form 7 again. If still no email is sending out, then the problem could be your WP Mail or SMTP settings.
